By Sanjeev Kapoor 10 Feb 2022 in Recipes Veg New Update Veg Chowmein Main Ingredients Noodles, Button mushrooms Cuisine Indo- Chinese Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 2 cups boiled noodles , 5-6 button mushrooms , quartered 3-4 babycorn , diagonally sliced and blanched 1/4 cup mixed capsicum (red, green and yellow) diamonds 1 medium onion , thickly sliced 1 tablespoon sesame oil (til oil) 4-5 garlic cloves , sliced 1 inch ginger , finely chopped 2-3 spring onion bulbs , sliced Salt to taste 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon red chilli sauce 1 teaspoon vinegar 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds (til) , to garnish Diagonally sliced spring onion greens , for garnish Method Heat sesame oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic, ginger and spring onion bulbs, mix and sauté for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and babycorn, mix and sauté for 1 minute. Add salt and mix. Add mixed capsicums diamonds and onion, mix and sauté for 1 minute. Add noodles, soy sauce, red chilli sauce and salt, mix and cook for 2 minutes. Add vinegar and 1 teaspoon sesame seeds and mix well.
