By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Aug 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Onion, Green capsicum Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1 medium onion finely chopped 1 medium green capsicum finely chopped 1 medium carrot grated 1/2 cup fresh malai 8 white bread slices 2-3 green chillies chopped Black pepper powder to taste Salt to taste Butter for applying Green chutney for applying + to serve Processed cheese grated to sprinkle Tomato ketchup to serve Method Take onion in a large bowl, add capsicum, carrot, green chillies, crushed black peppercorns, salt, and fresh malai and mix till well combined. Apply butter and green chutney on 4 white bread slices, and spread some vegetable mixture on each evenly. Sprinkle grated cheese and cover with remaining bread slices. Apply butter on top. Heat a griller and place the prepared sandwich on it. Grill till golden brown marks appear on both sides. Take it off the heat.
