By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Aug 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Onion, Green capsicum Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Veg Malai Sandwich - SK Khazana 1 medium Onion finely chopped 1 medium Green capsicum finely chopped 1 medium Carrot grated 1/2 cup Fresh malai 8 White bread slices 2-3 Green chillies chopped to taste Black pepper powder to taste Salt Butter for applying Green chutney for applying + to serve Processed cheese grated to sprinkle to serve Tomato ketchup Method Take onion in a large bowl, add capsicum, carrot, green chillies, crushed black peppercorns, salt, fresh malai and mix till well combined. Apply butter and green chutney on 4 white bread slices, spread some vegetable mixture on each evenly. Sprinkle grated cheese and cover with remaining bread slices. Apply butter on top. Heat a griller and place the prepared sandwich on it. Grill till golden brown marks appear on both sides. Take it off the heat.
