By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Aug 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Rolled oats, Cashewnuts Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Vegan No-Bake Cookies- SK Khazana 3/4 cup Rolled oats 3/4 cup Cashewnuts 1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds 1/2 teaspoon Dried ginger powder (soonth) a pinch Rock salt (sendha namak) 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon powder 3/4 cup Seedless dates 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Custard powder 2 1/2 tablespoons Raisins for garnish Cashewnuts halves Method Put rolled oats into a blender jar blend to a powder. Add cashewnuts, pumpkin seeds, ginger powder, rock salt and cinnamon powder and blend to a fine powder. Add dates and vanilla extract and blend till well combined. Transfer into a large bowl. Add raisins and mix well. To make the cookies, take small portions of the mixture and shape each into a ball and flatten slightly. Make a dent in the centre of the cookie and place a cahsewnut half in it and press gently. .
