By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Noodles, Oil Cuisine Indo-Chinese Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Vegetable Chowmein 1 1/2 cups Noodles boiled 2 tablespoons Oil 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped 1 tablespoon Ginger finely chopped 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped 4-5 Spring onion bulbs sliced 1 Small carrot peeled and cut into thin strips 1 cup Cabbage shredded to taste Salt 1 1/2 tablespoons Soy sauce 1 tablespoon Red chilli sauce 2 tablespoon Spring onion greens chopped to garnish Spring onion curls Method Heat 2 tbsps oil in non-stick pan, add garlic and ginger and sauté till raw smells disappear. Add green chillies and spring onions, mix and sauté till translucent. Add carrot and cabbage, mix and sauté for 1 minute. Add noodles, salt, soy sauce, red chilli sauce and 1 tbsp spring onion greens, mix well and saute for 1 minute. Add the remaining spring onion greens.
