This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Glass noodles, Green papaya Cuisine Thai Course Salads Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Warm Thai Noodle And Papaya Salad 100 grams Glass noodles 1/2 medium Green papaya sliced 3 tablespoons Oil 4 cloves Garlic chopped 1 stalk Celery sliced to taste Salt 1/2 medium Green capsicum cut into 1/2 inch pieces 1/4 teaspoon White pepper powder 2 tablespoons Fish sauce 1 1/2 teaspoons Brown sugar 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cups Roasted peanuts crushed 1 cup Bean sprouts Method Soak the noodles in hot water for a few minutes. Drain and refresh in cold water. Drain and set aside. Heat the oil in a non stick pan. Add the garlic and sauté till reddish brown. Add the celery and green papaya. Mix well and sauté. Add salt and capsicum and mix well. Add the pepper powder and noodles. Mix well and sauté. Add the fish sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, coriander leaves and half the peanuts. Mix well and cook on medium heat for sometime. Serve the salad, garnished with the bean sprouts and the remaining peanuts.
