Wonton Cups-Cook Smart Crisp wonton cups filled with delightful cottage cheese mixture This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Sep 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Wonton sheets, Spring onion bulbs Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Wonton Cups-Cook Smart 8 Wonton sheets 2 Spring onion bulbs 150 grams Cottage cheese (paneer) 1 1/2 tablespoons Sweet red chilli sauce 2 teaspoons Brown sugar 1 teaspoon Vinegar to taste Salt 1 1.2 teaspoons Sesame oil a few threads Fresh coriander sprigs 1/2 teaspo for garnish Black sesame seeds toasted for sprayi Olive oil 4 Chives Method Heat a Gas Oven Tandoor (GOT). Roughly chop spring onion bulbs. Cut cottage cheese into small cubes. Mix together red chilli sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, salt and sesame oil in a bowl. Finely chop coriander sprigs and add to the bowl, mix well. Add chopped spring onion bulbs and cottage cheese cubes and mix well. Add sesame seeds and mix well. Spray olive oil into aluminium muffin moulds, place the wonton sheets in them and press so that they stick. Spray some more olive oil on top. Put prepared moulds in the Gas Oven Tandoor (GOT), cover and cook till the wonton cups turn golden and crisp. Chop chives. Remove the moulds from the Gas Oven Tandoor (GOT), demould and cool the cups. Place the cups on a serving platter.
