Achari Mirch Ka Parantha Stuffed paranthe can be made with various stuffing. Some of the more famous ones are aloo, gobhi and mooli. But the one we have here for you will soon become one of the favourites. Just spread pickle paste on a rolled out roundel, fold into a triangle and cook. We have used red chilli pickle paste, you can use any other pickle paste of your choice. Dust it with some whole wheat flour and roll it into a thin disc. Apply a portion of the pickle paste and spread it evenly. Sprinkle some coriander leaves and fold the disc into a triangle. Dust some whole wheat flour and roll it into a triangular parantha. Make more paranthe in the same way. Heat a non-stick tawa. Place one parantha on it and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Flip, apply some ghee and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes as well. Flip again, apply some ghee on the other side and cook for 30 seconds. Arrange the paranthe on a serving plate.
