Instant Dosa

Ingredients

·1½ cups semolina

·2 tbsps whole wheat flour

·1 tbsp gram flour (besan)

·1 tsp sugar

·Salt to taste

·3 cups buttermilk

·Ghee for cooking

·Coconut chutney for serving

Method

1.Put semolina, whole wheat flour, gram flour and sugar into a grinder jar and grind coarsely.

2.Transfer into a bowl and add salt and buttermilk and mix till well blended. Set aside for 5-10 minutes.

3.Heat a non-stick tawa. Pour a ladleful of the batter and spread it in a clockwise motion to make as thin a disc as possible. Drizzle ghee along the sides and cook for 2 minutes. Fold in half and place on a serving plate.

4.Serve hot with coconut chutney.
