That’s exactly what we have done here. Used them to make delicious and unusual ice cream which you can serve even at parties. By Sanjeev Kapoor 03 Jul 2024 in Recipes Desserts New Update Motichoor Ice Cream Main ingredients Motichoor laddoos, Almonds, Walnuts, Pistachios, Cashewnuts, Sweetened whipping cream, Green cardamom powder Cuisine Fusion Course Dessert Prep time 6-8 hours Cook time 5-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of cooking Easy Others Vegetarian Ingredients 3-4 motichoor laddoos 1 tablespoon chopped almonds 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios 1 tablespoon chopped cashewnuts 1½ cups sweetened whipping cream ½ teaspoon green cardamom powder 6-8 pistachios, blanched, peeled and slivered Method Dry roast almonds, walnuts, pistachios and cashewnuts for 3-4 minutes or till golden brown and fragrant. Transfer onto a plate and allow to cool. Take whipping cream in a large bowl, add green cardamom powder and whisk with an electric beater till soft peaks are formed. Add ¾ of roasted nuts. Crumble motichoor laddoos and add into the whipped cream mixture and fold in gently till well combined. Transfer the mixture into an air tight container, sprinkle remaining roasted nuts on top, cover with a lid and place it in the freezer for 6-8 hours or till set.
