By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Jun 2024 in Recipes Pickle Jams Chutneys New Update Raw Mango Chutney Main ingredients Raw mango, Fresh mint leaves Cuisine Indian Course Pickles, Jams, Chutneys Prep time 5-10 minutes Cook time 0 minutes Serve 4 Taste Savoury Level of cooking Easy Others Vegetarian Ingredients 1 medium raw mango, peeled, seeded and roughly chopped ½ cup fresh mint leaves 6-8 fresh coriander sprigs 1-2 green chillies 2-3 garlic cloves ½ inch ginger, roughly chopped Salt to taste Method Put raw mango into a blender jar, add mint leaves, coriander sprigs, green chillies, garlic, ginger and salt and blend well. Add ¼ cup water and blend into a smooth paste. Transfer into a serving bowl.
