Stir Fried Moongre

Radish pods taste almost like radishes which grow from them. They are spicy and crunchy. They are best eaten raw but taste equally good if lightly stir fried with minimum ingredients. You can also use them in green salads, wraps, sandwiches or even noodle dishes or even as garnish.
