Ingredients list for Atta aur Dink ke Laddoo
- 1 cup Wheat flour coarse
- 2 tablespoons Edible gum crystals (gond) powdered
- 1/2 cup Ghee
- 2 tablespoons Poppy seeds (khuskhus/posto)
- a pinch Green cardamom powder
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons Almonds chopped
- 2 tablespoons Pistachios chopped
Method
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add wheat flour and roast till golden and fragrant. Transfer onto a plate.
- Add poppy seeds, gum crystals and cardamom powder. Mix well and cool the mixture to room temperature.
- Add powdered sugar, almonds and pistachios and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into laddoos.
- Serve.
