Ingredients list for Besan Laddoos

  • 1 1/2 cups Gram Flour
  • 1 cup Refined Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Semolina (rawa/suji)
  • 3/4 cup Powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup Castor sugar (caster sugar)
  • 1/4 cup Green cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup Ghee melted
  • 4 tablespoons Almonds sliced

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a non stick pan add besan, refined flour, semolina and saute till light brown.
  2. Remove and cool the mixture.In a bowl combine together besan mixture, powdered sugar, castor sugar cardamon powder and melted ghee and mix well and make even size ladoos. Serve garnish with sliced almonds.
