By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Ladyfinger, Onion Cuisine Sindhi Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Bhindi Basar 600 grams Ladyfinger 1 inch pieces 3 tablespoons Onion 2 medium Onions chopped 2 medium Tomatoes chopped 3 Green chillies chopped 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 2 teaspoon Coriander powder to taste Salt Method Advertisment Rub salt and deep fry lady fingers in medium hot oil for five to seven minutes or till crisp. Heat three tablespoons oil in a kadai. Add onions and sauté for three to four minutes. Add the tomatoes and sauté till the tomatoes are soft. Add green chillies, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt and sauté for another two minutes. Add fried lady fingers and sauté for another minute. Serve hot with chapatis.
