By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Jan 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Corn kernels, Bread crumbs Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Bhutte Ke Cutlet 500 grams Corn kernels boiled 1/2 cup Bread crumbs 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds (saunf) 1 teaspoon Onions chopped 6 Green chillies chopped 2 inch piece Ginger chopped 6 cloves Garlic chopped 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder 1 small bunch Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2/3 cup Gram flour (besan) roasted to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Oil Method Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, fennel seeds and chopped onions and sauté lightly. Add green chillies, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder. Stir to mix well. Remove from heat. Grind the cooked corn niblets with this masala in a mixer. Add coriander leaves and salt to taste. Add roasted gram flour and mix. Add bread crumbs and mix well to form a dough. Make equal sized cutlets Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry the cutlets till golden brown.
