Ingredients
- 1/2 cup broken wheat (dalia/lapsi)
 - 4 medium tomatoes
 - 4 medium onions
 - Salt to taste
 - 1 teaspoon crushed red chillies
 - 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
 - 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
 - 1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
 - Juice of 1 lemon
 - Fresh mint sprigs for garnishing
 
Method
- Cut tomatoes roughly and put into a blender jar and puree. Transfer into a bowl.
 - Add dalia and mix well. Place in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
 - Chop onions and add to tomato-dalia mixture along with salt, crushed red chillies, walnuts, pistachios, 1½ tbsps extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice and mix well.
 - Transfer the salad onto a serving dish and drizzle little extra virgin olive oil on top. Garnish with mint sprig and serve immediately.
