Cut crab sticks into diagonal pieces. Heat 2 tbsps butter in a non-stick wok, add garlic and sauté for ½ minute. Add crab stick pieces, capsicum, salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well. Add ¼ cup water and mix. Add cornstarch slurry and mix well. Add remaining butter, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Transfer onto a serving dish and serve hot.
