Ingredients list for Cap Cheese Toast
- 2 medium Red bell pepper halved and deseeded
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese grated
- ½ cup Mozzarella cheese grated
- 2 Brown bread slices cut into small cubes and lightly toasted
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- ½ Green capsicum seeded and chopped
- 2-3 Green chillies finely chopped
- to taste Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- ? cup White sauce
Method
- Preheat oven to 180° C.
- Mix together the cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese in a bowl. Add the onion, green capsicum, green chilies, salt, pepper powder, coriander leaves and white sauce and mix well.
- Place the bell pepper halves on a baking tray. Place bread cubes on the base and top with a portion of cheese mixture.
- Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake till the cheese melts and turns golden.
- 5.Serve hot.
