Chicken Chole Chicken mince and chickpeas make a great combination in this dish This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 10 Jul 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Chicken mince, Chickpeas (kabuli chane) Cuisine Punjabi,Indian Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 8-10 hour Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Chole 250 grams Chicken mince 1 cup Chickpeas (kabuli chane) soaked overnight and boiled 2 tablespoons Oil 2 Onions finely chopped 1/2 cup Fresh coriander leaves 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 1/2 teaspoons Roasted cumin powder 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder 3/4 cup Tomato puree 2 cups Chole stock to taste Rock salt to taste Salt 2 teaspoons Garam masala powder Method Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add onions and saute till they turn soft. Roughly chop coriander leaves. Add ginger-garlic paste to the cooker, mix and saute for a minute. Add chicken mince, mix well and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder and red chilli powder, mix well and saute well. Add tomato puree and mix well. Add chickpeas, 1½ cups chole stock and stir to mix. Add coriander leaves, rock salt, salt, remaining stock and garam masala powder and mix well. Cover and pressure cook till one whistle. Reduce heat and cook for 10-15 minutes.
