By Sanjeev Kapoor 28 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Chicken mince, Iceberg lettuce leaves Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Cutlets in Lettuce Wraps 1 cup Chicken mince 4 Iceberg lettuce leaves to taste Salt ½ teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns ¼ teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 medium Onion finely chopped ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon Garam masala powder 2 tablespoons Oil 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste for garnishing Tomatoes chopped for garnishing Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Put chicken mince, salt, crushed peppercorns, red chilli powder, onion, turmeric powder and garam masala powder in a bowl and mix well. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté well. Add chicken mixture, mix well and cook till the chicken is half done. Transfer into a bowl. Divide the mince mixture into equal portions and shape them into cutlets. Heat the same non-stick pan. Place the cutlets in it and cook till evenly done from both sides. Place lettuce leaves on a serving plate.
