By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Oct 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Chicken, Garlic Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Garlic Puff-SK Khazana 3/4 cup Chicken boiled and chopped 1 1/2 tablespoons Garlic chopped 200 grams Puff pastry dough 1 tablespoon Butter 1 Medium onion finely chopped 1 tablespo for dusting Refined flour (maida) 1 cup Milk to taste Salt to taste Black peppercorns crushed 1 tablespoon Spring onion greens chopped 1 Egg beaten Method Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and onions, mix and sauté till fragrant. Add flour and sauté for a minute. Add milk, stir and cook till the mixture thickens. Add chicken, salt, crushed peppercorns and spring onion greens, mix well and cook till the mixture is dry. Remove from heat and set aside. Preheat oven to 180º C. Place the dough on the worktop, dust with some flour and roll out into a large sheet. Trim the edges and cut into 4 squares. Place a spoonful of the cooked chicken mixture in the centre of each square and brush the edges with beaten eggs. Bring one end of each square over the other and seal with a fork to make rectangular puffs. Place the puffs on a baking tray, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
