Chicken Lollipop

Ingredients list for Chicken Lollipop

  • 8-12 Chicken lollipops
  • 1½ tablespoons Garlic paste
  • 1½-2 tablespoons Red chilli paste
  • 1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • to taste White pepper powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons Cornflour/ corn starch
  • to grease Oil
  • for garnishing Mixed capsicum curls
  • to serve Schezwan sauce

Method

  1. Take garlic paste, red chilli paste, soy sauce, vinegar, white pepper powder and salt in a bowl and mix.
  2. Add chicken lollipops and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 30-35 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 200º C. Line a baking tray with an aluminum foil.
  4. Add cornflour to the marinated lollipops and mix well.
  5. Grease the lined tray with some oil and place the lollipops on it.
  6. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Arrange mixed capsicum curls and a small bowl of schezwan sauce on one end of a serving plate and keep the lollipops alongside. Serve hot.
