By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Jun 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Boneless chicken breasts, Paprika powder Cuisine Fusion Course Salads Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Mince Salad 2 Boneless chicken breasts 1 teaspoon Paprika powder to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Lemon juice 1 tablespoon Oil 1 cup Cooked rice 1 medium Tomato finely chopped 1 stalk Celery finely chopped 1 Green chilli finely chopped 1 teaspoon Fresh mint leaves chopped 1 teaspoon Sugar ¼ cup Roasted peanuts crushed Method Sprinkle salt, paprika powder and drizzle lemon juice over the chicken. Heat oil in a non-stick frill pan, place chicken and cook till the grill marks appear on both the sides. Cool. Roughly chop chicken. Transfer into a bowl. Add rice, tomatoes and mix well. Add celery, chillies, mint leaves and mix well. Add sugar, salt and pepper powder and mix well.
