Ingredients list for Chinese Bhel
- 2 cups Noodles boiled
- for deep-frying Oil
- 1 tablespoon Sichuan sauce
- 1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
- 3-4 Spring onion bulbs sliced
- for garnishing Spring onion greens 1-2 stalks, diagonally sliced +
- 2 tablespoons Peanuts roasted, coarsely crushed
- to taste Salt
- ¼ cup Bean sprouts
Method
- Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Deep-fry noodles till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper and cool.
- Combine crushed fried noodles, Sichuan sauce and tomato ketchup in a bowl and mix. Add spring onion bulbs, spring onion greens, roasted peanuts and salt and mix. Add bean sprouts and mix well.
- Serve immediately garnished with spring onion greens.
