Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Chinese Chicken Recipe

  • Boneless chicken cut into small pieces 200 grams

  • Spring onion bulbs 5

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Soy sauce 2 teaspoons

  • Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon

  • Schezwan chutney 1 tablespoon

  • Sugar 1 teaspoon

  • Vinegar 1 teaspoon

  • Spring onion greens 2 stalks

  • Sesame seeds toasted 2 teaspoons

  • Fried noodles 1/2 cup


Step 1

Cut the spring onion bulbs roughly. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add the spring onion bulbs, chicken pieces and soy sauce, mix well and saute for 1 minute.

Step 2

Add oyster sauce and schezwan chutney, mix well and saute for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Add sugar and vinegar, mix well and cook till chicken is completely done.

Step 4

Chop spring onion greens and put into a bowl. Put the chicken into this bowl, sprinkle 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds, crush the fried noodles and add and mix well.

Step 5

Transfer into a serving bowl, sprinkle remaining white sesame seeds and serve hot.
