Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Chinese Chicken Recipe

  • Boneless chicken cut into small pieces 200 grams

  • Fried Noodles crushed 1/2 cup

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Soy sauce 2 tablespoons

  • Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon

  • Schezwan chutney 1 tablespoon

  • Sugar 1 teaspoon

  • Vinegar 1 teaspoon

  • Spring onion greens stalks 2

  • Sesame seeds toasted 2 teaspoons

Method

Step 1

Chop spring onions roughly.

Step 2

Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add spring onions, chicken and soy sauce and mix.

Step 3

Add oyster sauce and mix well. Add Schezwan chutney and mix. Add sugar and vinegar, mix well and cook.

Step 4

Chop spring onion greens and put into a bowl.

Step 5

When chicken is ready add it to the spring onion greens. Add 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds and crushed fried noodles and mix

Step 6

Transfer into serving dish, sprinkle 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds and serve hot.
