Ingredients list for Churi

  • 1½ cups Whole wheat flour (atta)
  • ½ cup Ghee
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Roasted peanuts crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Seedless dates chopped

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add wheat flour and sauté till it turns golden brown and fragrant. Transfer onto a plate and cool.
  2. Add sugar, peanuts and dates and mix well.
  3. Serve.
