By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Jun 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Green chutney, Processed cheese Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Chutney Cheese Vegetable Sandwich 1 1/2 tablespoons Green chutney 3/4 cup Processed cheese grated 1 Medium onion finely chopped 1 Medium tomato finely chopped 1 Green capsicum finely chopped 8 White bread slices 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon Dried mango powder to taste Salt as required Butter Method Mix together cheese, onion, tomato, capsicum, coriander leaves, chilli powder, garam masala powder, dried mango powder, salt and chutney in a bowl. Apply some butter on all the bread slices. Top 4 slices with a portion of the prepared cheese-vegetable mixture. Cover with remaining slices and apply some more butter on top. Heat some butter on a non-stick tawa. Place sandwiches on it and toast, turning sides, till evenly done and golden brown on both sides.
