Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons scraped coconut
- 3 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 small tomato chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon split black gram skinless (dhuli urad dal)
- 10-12 curry leaves
- A pinch asafoetida
Method
- In a large bowl mix together, coconut, yogurt, tomatoes and salt and mix well.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
- Add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves and hing and mix well.
- Add this to the yogurt and mix well.
- Serve.
