Put cream cheese in a bowl and melt it in a microwave oven for ½ minute. Add salt and pepper powder to the onions and mix and sauté till lightly coloured. Take carrot and cut into thin diagonal slices. Put the slices in a dish and sprinkle a little salt to soften them slightly. Add onions to the cream cheese and mix well. Arrange the chips on a serving platter. Dip a carrot slice in the cheese dip and place on a chip. Repeat this with the other chips too. Garnish with small pieces of parsley and serve immediately.
