Add milk and whisk again. Take prawns in a bowl, add red chilli sauce and mix well. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick wok, add prawns and glaze. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan, add green capsicum, red capsicum and salt and mix well. Saute on medium heat. Transfer the prawns into the same bowl and rest for 2-3 minutes. Heat remaining oil in the same non-stick wok, add the egg-milk mixture and cook till the mixture begins to thicken. Add prawns, mix well and cook till the prawns are just done. Add cornstarch slurry, mix well and cook, stirring continuously, till the mixture thickens. Spread cooked rice on a serving platter, top with creamy prawns and sautéed capsicums and serve immediately.
