By Sanjeev Kapoor 21 Jul 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Eggs, Pavs Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Egg Masala Pav - SK Khazana 4 Eggs boiled 2 Pavs 2 tablespoons Oil 1 tablespoon Butter 2 medium Onoins finely chopped + to serve 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 2 medium Tomatoes finely chopped + to serve to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 2 tablespoons Red chilli paste 1 medium Potato boiled, peeled and mashed 1 small Green capsicum chopped 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon Pav bhaji masala Method Cut 2 pavs into small pieces. Heat oil and butter in a deep non-stick wok, add onions and ginger-garlic paste, mix and sauté till onions turn translucent. Add tomatoes and mix well. Add salt, mix and sauté till tomatoes soften. Add red chilli powder and red chilli paste, mix and sauté till oil separates. Add potato, capsicum and coriander leaves and mix. Add pav bhaji masala and mix well. Add ½ cup water, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Grate 3 boiled eggs into the pan, mix well. Add ½ cup water and mix well. Add pav pieces, mix well and cook for a minute. Transfer egg masala pav onto a serving plate.
