Ingredients for Eggless Almond Cookies Recipe

  • Almond flour 1/2 cup

  • Butter 1/3 cup

  • Powdered sugar 1/2 cup

  • Green cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Milk 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Whole wheat flour (atta) 3/4 cup

  • Baking powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Salt a pinch

  • Almonds as required


Step 1

Preheat oven to 180° C.

Step 2

Take butter in a bowl and whisk with an electric beater till light. Add powdered sugar gradually and whisk well.

Step 3

Add green cardamom powder and almond flour and whisk well. Add milk and whisk again.

Step 4

Sift together wheat flour, baking powder and salt and fold in well till well combined.

Step 5

Divide the dough into equal portions, shape into balls, press lightly and place on a baking tray.

Step 6

Place one almond in the center of each cookie. Put the tray in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.

Step 7

Arrange them on a serving plate and serve.
