Ingredients list for Farali Missal-SK Khazana

  • 2-3 Medium potatoes boiled, peeled and quartered
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger chopped
  • 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Peanuts boiled
  • 1 tablespoon Peanuts coarsely crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • to taste Rock salt (sendha namak)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
  • For topping Farali chivda

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add ginger and green chillies and sauté till fragrant.
  2. Add potatoes, mix and cook on medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Add boiled peanuts, crushed peanuts, sugar and rock salt, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add some water, mix, cover and cook on medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
  4. Transfer into serving bowl, top with farali chivda and serve hot.
