By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Oct 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Medium potatoes, Ghee Cuisine Maharashtrian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Farali Missal-SK Khazana 2-3 Medium potatoes boiled, peeled and quartered 1 tablespoon Ghee 1 teaspoon Ginger chopped 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped 2 tablespoons Peanuts boiled 1 tablespoon Peanuts coarsely crushed 1/2 teaspoon Sugar to taste Rock salt (sendha namak) 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped For topping Farali chivda Method Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add ginger and green chillies and sauté till fragrant. Add potatoes, mix and cook on medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Add boiled peanuts, crushed peanuts, sugar and rock salt, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add some water, mix, cover and cook on medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
