Ingredients
- ¼ cup aloo salli
- ¼ cup aloo bhujiya
- ¼ cup farali chiwda
- ¼ cup gathiya
- ¼ cup ratlami sev
- ¼ cup masala moongphali (peanuts)
- ¼ cup masala chana
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons raw mango, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1-2 green chillies chopped
- ½ teaspoon chaat masala
- 1½ tablespoons fresh coriander leaves
- ½ teaspoon dried mango powder
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- ½ lemon
Method
- Take aloo salli in a large bowl, add aloo bhujia, mixed farsan, gathiya, ratlami sev, masala peanuts, masala chana,onion, tomato, raw mango, roasted cumin powder, green chillies, chaat masala, coriander leaves and dried mango powder, Chilli Powder, salt and juice of lemon and mix well.
- Transfer into paper cones and serve immediately.
