By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Jun 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients French beans, Oil Cuisine South Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for French Beans Sabzi 1 1/2 cups French beans , finely chopped 1-2 teaspoons Oil 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds 1 sprig Curry leaves a pinch Asafoetida (hing) to taste Salt a pinch Baking soda 1 teaspoon Ginger-green chilli paste 2 teaspoons Fresh coriander leaves , chopped for garnish Fresh coconut , scraped Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds, and once they begin to splutter, add curry leaves, asafoetida and beans and mix well. Add salt, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add a little water, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add a pinch of baking soda and mix. Add ginger-green chilli paste and coriander leaves, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
