Ingredients
- 12-15 garlic cloves
- 1 cup coconut Milk
- 1/2 cup thick coconut milk
- 3 medium onions, finely chopped
- 2-3 green chillies, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon fenugreek seeds (methi dana)
- A pinch of saffron (kesar)
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon Madras curry powder
- Salt to taste
Method
- Boil thin and thick coconut milk in a deep non-stick pan, add onions and green chillies and mix well. Add fenugreek seeds, saffron, red chilli powder, curry powder, salt and garlic and cook, stirring continuously, for 10-12 minutes.
- Pour the curry into a serving bowl and serve hot.
