Ingredients list for Ginger Tomato Fried Rice

  • 6-10 Ginger thin slices
  • 3 cups Cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2-3 Dried red chillies broken
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Red chilli paste

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a wok, add dried red chillies, ginger slices and sauté till fragrant. Add rice and saute on a medium heat.
  2. Add soy sauce, vinegar, salt, red chilli paste and tomato ketchup and mix well. Serve hot.
