Ingredients
- 1/2 cup light green chillies ,roughly chopped
- 3 tablespoons gram Flour
- 1/4 cup dark green chillies
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 3 medium onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup soya granules, soaked
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried mango powder (amchur)
- Thin strips of ginger for garnishing
Method
- Heat 2 tbsps oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add onions and sauté till translucent. Add ginger and garlic and sauté further for a minute.
- Add light green chillies and mix well. Add dark green chillies and mix well. Add drained soya granules and mix well. Add turmeric powder, salt and mix well. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Add remaining oil and gram flour and mix well. Add dried mango powder and mix well. Cover and cook on high heat till the gram flour is lightly browned.
- Transfer onto a serving plate, garnish with ginger strips and serve immediately.
