Ingredients list for Gulgulay
- 4 tablespoons Refined Flour
 - 2 small Ripe Bananas
 - 5-6 tablespoons Sugar
 - a pinch Salt
 - 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
 - a few strands Saffron (kesar)
 - 1 tablespoons Fennel seeds (saunf)
 - 1/2 cup Milk
 
Method
- Blend together refined flour, atta, sugar, salt, green cardamom powder, fennel seeds, milk and one banana to a smooth thick batter.
 - Chop the remaining banana and add it to the batter.
 - Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Pour a ladle full batter in a pan and cook on medium flame till both sides get cooked.
 - Spread some condensed milk in a serving plate.
 - Put the gulgulay's on the plate and then again pour some condensed milk on top of it and serve garnished with almonds and pistachios.
