By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Aug 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Jaggery (gur), Ghee Cuisine Gujarati Course Mithais Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Gur Papdi - SK Khazana 1/2 cup Jaggery (gur) chopped 1/2 cup Ghee 1 1/2 cups Whole wheat flour 1 pinches Nutmeg powder 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder 8-10 Almonds slivered 8-10 Pistachios slivered Method Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add whole wheat flour and sauté, stirring continuously, for 8-10 minutes or till it is golden brown in colour. Take the pan off the heat, add nutmeg powder, green cardamom powder and jaggery and mix well. Grease an aluminium burfi tray, put the mixture into it and spread evenly. Sprinkle slivered almonds and pistachios all over the surface and set aside to cool.
