By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Apr 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Spring onion, OIl Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Hare Pyaaz ki Sabzi - SK Khazana 4-6 Spring onion with greens 2 tablespoons OIl 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 cup Gram flour (Besan) to serve Rotis Method Chop spring onions and the greens. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add asafoetida and the spring onions, mix and saute for 3-4 minutes. Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well. Add 1 cup water and mix and let the mixture come to a boil. Add gram flour and mix well. Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 minutes.
