Ingredients for Hariyali Curry Recipe

  • Onions chopped 1/2 cup

  • Cauliflower florets 1/2 cup

  • Babycorn sliced 1/2 cup

  • Green capsicum chopped 1/2 cup

  • Mushrooms sliced 1/4 cup

  • Oil 1 tablespoon

  • Ginger grated 1 tablespoon

  • Green garlic chopped 1/2 cup

  • Green chillie chopped 2

  • Salt to taste

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • coriander leaves chopped 1 cup


Step 1

Heat oil in a non stick pan, add onions and sauté for two minutes. Add cauliflower, baby corn, capsicum, mushrooms, red capsicum, ginger, garlic and chillies. Saute for five minutes.

Step 2

Add little water and cover and cook till done. Add salt and little water and mix well. Garnish with lemon juice and chopped coriander and serve hot
