Ingredients list for Hariyali Curry

  • 1/2 cup Onions chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup Babycorn sliced
  • 1/2 cup Green capsicum chopped

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add onions and sauté for two minutes. Add cauliflower, baby corn, capsicum, mushrooms, red capsicum, ginger, garlic and chillies. Saute for five minutes.
  2. Add little water and cover and cook till done. Add salt and little water and mix well. Garnish with lemon juice and chopped coriander and serve hot
