Ingredients for Hirvee Mirchi Cha Thecha Recipe

  • Green chillies 8-9

  • Garlic

  • Garlic 7-8 cloves

  • Oil 1 tablespoon

  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon

  • Sesame seeds (til) 2 tablespoons

  • Sea salt to taste

  • Coconut scraped 2 tablespoons

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1/4 bunch

Method

Step 1

Break green chillies with hand. Crush garlic.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, garlic, green chillies and sauté. Add sesame seeds and continue to sauté. Add sea salt, coconut and mix. Add coriander leaves and cook for three to four minutes.

Step 3

Put the mixture in a mortar and pound with the pestle to a coarse paste.
