Ingredients for Hirvi Mirchi Cha Thecha Recipe

  • Green Chillies 10

  • Garlic 6-7 cloves

  • Cumin seeds 2 teaspoons

  • Oil 2 teaspoons

  • Sea salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander leaves 2 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, garlic cloves, green chillies and sauté for two minutes. Add sea salt and mix well.

Step 2

Cover and cook on medium heat for four to five minutes. Transfer the green chilli mixture into a mortar. Add coriander leaves and pound with a pestle into a coarse paste. Serve with hot bhakris.
