Ingredients
- 3-4 tbsps grated jaggery
- 2 tbsps tea leaves
- 4 green cardamoms, broken
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- ½ tsp crushed black peppercorns
- ½ cup milk
Method
- Heat 1 cup water in a non-stick pan. Add cardamoms, fennel seeds, crushed peppercorns and tea leaves and bring to boil.
- Add milk and bring to boil.
- Put jaggery in a tea pot and strain in the prepared tea mixture. Stir till jaggery melts.
- Serve hot.
