Ingredients list for Kachche Kele Ke Roasti
- 4 Raw bananas, parboiled peeled and grated
- 3 medium Potatoes soaked in water grated
- to taste Salt
- 1 medium Onion finely chopped
- 1 medium Tomato finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 1 stalk Spring onion green chopped
- to cook Oil
Method
- Mix together raw bananas, potatoes, salt, onion, tomato, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, spring onion greens in a bowl.
- Heat one teaspoon oil in a non stick pan and add a portion of the banana mixture and spread.
- Drizzle one teaspoon oil over the banana mixture and cook till the underside is lightly browned.
- Flip it over carefully and cook till the other side is equally done.
- Serve hot immediately.
