Heat one tablespoon coconut oil in a pressure cooker. Add squids and pressure cook for one whistle Blend together garlic, ginger, onion, red chilli powder, salt and black pepper powder with water to a fine paste. Heat remaining oil in a non-stick pan add green chillies, tomatoes and the paste and saute for a minute. Add the squids and cook on low heat for few minutes.
