Ingredients list for Khaas Seekh-SK Khazana
- 1 cup Chicken mince
- 1 cup Cottage cheese (paneer)
- 1 tablespoon Cornflour
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Fresh mint leaves chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- to taste White pepper powder
- 2 Green chillies chopped
- 1 teaspoon Ginger finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspo to sprinkle Chaat masala
- 1/2 tablespoon Ghee
- 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves finely chopepd
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- for grilli Oil
- for brushi Butter
Method
- Mix together cottage cheese, cornflour, salt, mint leaves, cardamom powder, pepper powder and half the green chillies in a bowl.
- Mix together chicken mince, ginger, garlic, remaining green chilli, garam masala powder, chaat masala, ghee, coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt in another bowl.
- Divide cottage cheese mixture into equal portions and wrap each portion around skewers. Divide chicken mince mixture into same number of portions and wrap one portion around the cottage cheese mixture.
- Heat some oil in a non-stick grill pan. Place the skewers in it and grill, rotating the skewers, till evenly done from all sides.
- Cut seekhs diagonally into pieces, brush with some butter, sprinkle some chaat masala on top and serve immediately with onion rings and lemon wedges.
