Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- 1 1/4 cups coconut milk
- 1 inch piece cinnamon
- 2-3 green chillies chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon cornflour/ corn starch
- Salt to taste
- 2-3 cloves
- 5-6 fresh mint leaves
Method
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add cloves, cinnamon and green chillies saute for a minute.
- Add onions and cook till it becomes brown in color. Add cornflour and salt and mix well. Add coconut milk and bring it to boil.
- Lower the flame and cook till it reaches soup consistency. Serve hot garnished with mint leaves and khichdi
