Ingredients for Khurdi Recipe

  • Ghee 2 tablespoons

  • Milk 1 1/4 cups

  • Cinnamon 1 inch piece

  • Green chillies chopped 2-3

  • Onion chopped small

  • Cornflour/ corn starch 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Cloves 2-3

  • Fresh mint leaves 5-6

Method

Step 1

Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add cloves, cinnamon and green chillies saute for a minute.

Step 2

Add onions and cook till it becomes brown in color. Add cornflour and salt and mix well. Add milk and bring it to boil.

Step 3

Lower the flame and cook till it reaches soup consistency.Serve hot garnished with mint leaves and khichdi
