Ingredients list for Kiwi Bean Sprout Muesli

  • 3 Kiwi
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 2 cups Oats
  • 4 tablespoons Powdered sugar
  • 2 cups Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoons Almonds
  • 1 tablespoons Raisins
  • a pinch Green cardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Rooh Afza for drizzling

Method

  1. Keep bean sprouts and oats in 2 separate bowls. Add 4 ladles of hot water to the oats and 2½ ladles of hot water to the bean sprouts and set aside. Peel the kiwis, cut into small cubes and blend into a coarse purée.
  2. Cook powdered sugar and the kiwi puree in a non stick pan till the mixture thickens. Add yogurt, almonds, raisins, cardamom powder and honey to the oats and mix well.
  3. For serving, place a ladleful of oats in each plate. Drain and spread a little bean sprouts on the oats and pour 2-3 tbsps kiwi mixture over it. Garnish with a few raisins, almonds and drizzle rooh afza. Serve chilled.
